Instructions

1: Make your sauce by mixing 1/4 cup mayo, 1 TBSP sriracha, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp lime juice or vinegar, and 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese, then set aside.

2: Clean the outer shell of your mussel.

3: (Optional) Remove the mussel from the shell, rinse out the shell, cut the mussel in half, and put it back into the shell for easier eating.

4: Spoon the prepared sauce into each mussel.

5: Airfry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
