Quick and easy Korean inspired shrimp bowls featuring pre-battered shrimp coated in a flavorful sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and gochujang, served over rice and cucumbers.
Cook your fried shrimp according to the box. Mine gave me the option to bake, deep fry or airfry. I baked mine for 12 minutes.
Mix all of your ingredients listed under 'CONCOCTION'. Set aside.
In a wok/ skillet, heat up sesame oil and sauté your garlic and onion until onions are translucent.
Then pour in your 'CONCOCTION' and bring this to a boil. Your sauce will thicken.
Once your sauce thickens to your desired thickness, turn off the heat and add on your (cooked) pre-battered shrimp.
Get your shrimp coated in this sauce and garnish accordingly. Serve with rice and veggie if choice.
