A flavorful Vietnamese dish featuring cubed beef marinated with garlic, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, then quickly seared and served with onions. This recipe is perfect for a delicious dinner served over rice or egg noodles.
 Cut your beef into cubes.
Combine all of your ingredients under marinade into your beef. Combine it well before leaving it in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 mins.
After marinating, heat up a skillet with some oil (high heat).
Add your beef, give it a quick toss before creating an even lay of beef. Allow for it to cook for 1-2 mins before shaking or mixing.
Deglaze the bottom of your skillet and sear the other side of your beef for 1-2 mins.
Once done, remove the beef from heat and place it onto a plate.
Add your onions & deglaze the bottom, removing any burnt pieces of garlic.
Allow your onions to become soft before adding your beef back in. Give it a good toss and then add in your butter.
After 10 seconds of adding your butter, turn off your heat and allow the remaining heat from your skillet to melt your butter.
Plate your dinner. It goes well with rice or egg noodles.
