This Spicy Steak Pasta combines the richness of heavy cream and spices with cooked pasta and perfectly seasoned steak. It's a delicious meal that's both spicy and creamy, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Heat up some oil and sauté garlic until it’s fragrant (high heat).
Once fragrant, add heavy cream and cook until it starts to bubble.
Once it starts to bubble, add your spices (dried parsley, paprika, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt). Combine well.
Then add 1 cup of Pinot Grigio and cornstarch slurry (or pasta water). Mix this until it starts to thicken.
Once thick, add cooked pasta and stir to combine.
Serve with steak, Parmesan cheese, and minced parsley.
For the steak, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to room temp before cooking.
In a skillet, heat up some olive oil and cook your steak. For thickness, cook at medium-high heat for 3 mins per side, basting with melted butter and garlic before serving.
