A toddler-friendly stir fry using a different noodle and excluding chili oil. The beef stir fry is made saucier with additional beef sauce and served with vegetables like carrots and bok choy.
 Thinly slice your beef.
Cut your carrots and bok choy according to how you like to eat them.
Remember to keep the stem portion of your bok choy from its leaves.
Mix all of the ingredients under 'stir fry sauce' and set this aside.
In a wok, heat up some oil.
Once your oil is hot, cook your beef.
Remove your beef from your wok and add the stem part of your bok choy and your carrots.
Stir fry for 1 minute before pouring all of your beef juice into your veggies.
Cook this for 2 minutes before adding the leaves from your bok choy.
Once your leaves have wilted, add your beef back in and stir quickly before adding in your 'stir fry sauce'.
Turn off the heat when everything is well combined and your veggies/beef is cooked to your preference.
